Part 10: The 10 Technologies - The Frontier for Peter Thiel
Starting in 2000 I emigrated from London to Cape Town and created the first Virtual Tour made with Macromedia Flash, at times working with the Macromedia UK and later the US developers. By 2004 along with the grandchildren of Nelson Mandela and his mentor Walter Sisulu I looked to join forces with Galileo GDS to make a global luxury travel platform, the product looked like a million dollars (I’m a good photographer and Cape Town is seriously beautiful) and Dumani had helped me secured a digital channel on South Africa’s major/only satellite network, but my inexperience with investment would see this plan come to nothing. Except in 2002, I had started to use the virtual tours within an experimental database-driven real estate website called Cape Villas.com. Over that decade I built up and marketed the company, including a dedicated coffee table magazine distributed by Condé Nast Traveller and spent some half-million dollars on Google Ads, by 2006 www.CapeVillas.com became the market leader in Cape Town and by extension Africa. Then in 2009 I had the idea for S-Web™, the first of the now 10 technologies.
The S-Web™ plan (technology 1) was made in 2009 with Sotheby's Cape Town, we made them a copy of our Experience Africa website in exchange for a share in the commission they made, and it occurred that we should do this with as many other companies as we could, but technical difficulties and the lack of an admin system stopped us from fulfilling this plan at that time.
I did, however, continue to theorize the network and in 2011 I stepped back as CEO of CapeVillas.com to focus on this and other plans including a virtual social network that I named after my darling angel daughter Sienna: Sienna’s World shortened to S-World. That year I created the very rough but inspirational bog site www.S-World.biz. I would later learn to describe this blog as in the spirit of physicist George Gamow who would just think a load of ideas that later would be mostly ruled out, but the ones that survived were ahead of his time.
Moving from luxury real estate sales and rentals to property development was not a leap, but scaling up that property development to the size of a large city was, and jumping into designing the software to run such a city was quite an ask, even if I had been programming since 1987, had built a cloud-based property management system in 2005, and had in 2002 coded probably the first commercial virtual tour that was lean enough to stream via a 56k modem - 5 years before Google Steet View.
Note, I expect that in your business you get a lot of people exaggerating their abilities and stealing ideas. I have this problem all the time, people listen but they do not believe. This may sound extreme, but I need to cut out all mistrust as soon as possible, so I don’t ask, I insist on taking a polygraph, the MRI kind that you’re brain and cannot easily fool. Given the FBI and the NSA use Palantir to catch the bad guys maybe ask them. If I’m right about all this the latter will have their own questions, which I am happy to answer, noting I did speak briefly with Barbara Johnson at the NSA about about this in 2012.
Next we come to the first paper written on city software and development, the thing that makes it unique was that it was to be Net-Zero. This later led me to really embrace Tesla, as electronic cars seemed a lightyear away in 2011, but banning petrol cars in the City and running it from massive solar arrays were and still are good ideas.
The Net-Zero City was called New Sparta – City of Science, situated in Laconia Greece, who at the time (and still today) are in dire need of such a project. This was the begging of my journey into economics, it was the slightest thing, but I had written a film treatment about my dear Sienna in which from across the spiritual plane she communicates the economic software to me. But the slightest thing is pretty much what I've done for the last decade; 80 hour weeks x 360 days a year x 10 years is a lot of time to learn stuff, but I would not pick up an economics book before 2017, I was too busy working on my new hobby - the theory of everything, which seemed apt for a source of inspiration, so I ran with it and over 7 years built the economic plan around ideas from string theory (which is a combination of quantum theory and relativity) plus ideas from chaos theory.
Stepping back to 2012 one year after S-World.biz I switched to focus on the USA and the website www.AmericanButterfly.org and the Orlando Network, and within inspired in part by my newfound interest in theoretical physics I drew out the software which I named Predictive Quantum Software shortened to The PQS. .
Then some years went by creating the S-World Platform (technologies 1 to 4), and in 2016
a new circular diagram for the PQS software and framework appeared.
See: www.AngelTheory.org/book1/m-systems-and-special-projects
The following year this design developed and was renamed M-Systems, after the discipline in theoretical physics called M-theory which inspired steps 3 and 4; The Susskind Boost and The Peet Tent after Professors Leonard Susskind and A. W. Peet's lessons in string and M-theory led to tangable systems added to and impooved the desigh. Click here for more details.
Note that steps 1, 2 and 8 are the S-World Platform know known as technologies 1 to 4, whereafter step 5. POP (financial gravity) is the descendant of technology 8. Steps 6 and 14 form technology 9. Grand Śpin Networks (Cities), step 7. S-World VSN™ (Virtual Social Network) is now technology 5, step 9 is a distribution equation, step 10 is Š-ŔÉŚ™ and Technology 7 (which this page focuses on), step 8 is essentially the board and a bunch of serious programmers, leaders and academics.
Then we move to what are now known as the UCS™ Systems starting at step 12 is S-World UCS™ itself the gamification of the network, then step 13. S-World UCS™ Voyagers are virtual economic time machines and something special for Peter Thiel to ponder. Step 14. Angel Cites are technology 9. Grand Śpin Networks (Cities) as seen in the simulation called History 3. Which is the most developed simulation that we use further down the page.
Step 15 is SuEc (Supereconomics) book 3. Sixty-Four Reasons Why on how we spend the money on Special Projects which in turn become the inspiration for Tax Symmetry in Technology 8. Net-Zero DCA Soft. (Dynamic Comparative Advantage).
Lastly step 16 was at the time little understood but is now technology 10. S-World AngelWing the AI that creates the largest combinatorial explosion (the big brother of exponential growth) from multiplying (not adding) the effects of technologies 1 to 9.
S-World Angelwing is the catch-all name for the many S-World software systems and designs including; The TBS™ (Total Business Systems), S-World CRM CC, Hawthorne and OKRs, S-Web™ online systems, S-World BES™ (Behavioural Economic Systems), S-World Film™, S-World TMS™ (Total Marketing System), S-World TFS™ (Total Financial Systems), S-World VSN™ (Virtual Social Network) and VBN™ (Virtual Business Network), S-World UCS™ Universal Colonization Simulator, S-World AE (Aid Efficiency), Š-ŔÉŚ™ Financial Engineering, S-World Net-Zero DCA™ (Net-Zero - Dynamic Comparative Advantage), S-World PQS™ (Predictive Quantum Software), The Theory of Every Business, and the 17 M-Systems:
M-System Zero. The GGW String, 1. S-World Network and the TBS™ (microeconomics), 2. Ripple Effects, 3. The Susskind Boost, 4. The Peet Tent, 5. POP (Financial Gravity and Equality), 6. The Theory of Every Business, 7. S-World VSN™, 8. S-World Film, 9. Super Coupling (Scale), 10. Š-ŔÉŚ™, 11. QuESC, 12. S-World UCS™, 13. UCS™ Voyagers, 14. Angel Cities & Special Projects, 15. Angel POP (Equality2), and 16. S-World Angelwing.
As you just heard the graphic and the names of many different major systems above offer a highly complex (and maybe confusing) snapshot of the software and systems required.
So, near the end of 2020, I created a simpler alternative by compartmentalizing the systems into 10 technologies each sitting upon the last - seen below.
Note that the first 4 technologies at the base are for now to be considered collectively as 'The S-World Platform.'
This is the primary micro-product we are talking about when it comes to investment, in Zero to One Peter Theil tells us the typical first investment is for 20%. I can do that for Technologies 1 to 4, but not for systems 5 to 10, and after the first investment from that point onwards, we must work one technology at a time.
Note that in addition, I am looking for a team to manage all or most of my equity and money, should this be of interest.
Now I shall give a quick rundown of the ten technologies and discuss the 'X' Forecast’s (10x, 50x, 300x), and my early attempts at creating Technology 10. S-World AngelWing as The Combinatorial Explosion of technologies 1 to 9.
At a later date (as of 23rd Oct 2021) one can use the Technologies drop-down menu above to find the books and essays from the PDF library, ordered by their technology. Also, there is a dedicated website www.The10Technoogies.com but as of now, it's right at the begging of being a work in progress.
However Technologies 1 to 4 are better presented in chapter 3, whereafter in all other chapters we focus on Technology 7. in 2012 I discovered The RES Equation, nine years on and as of now the determined formulation Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL is nothing short of an economic miracle. And the reason I've brought this to Founders Fund is that this is the monopoly equation and my research has brought me to whom I believe to be the authority on the subject; Peter Theil.
There are 4 other authorities on economics I would like to discuss this with; Paul Romer (Cities), Richard Thaler (RCTs,) Leonard Stiglitz (Dynamic Comparative Advantage) and William Nordhaus (The Carbon Traffic Lights), not to mention the third-word development economists Abhijit Banerjee, Esther Duflo and Collier, all of whom have won Nobel Prizes except Collier who should have. I can make a compelling case for communication to all, but first I want to talk with Peter Theil because I agreed with just about everything, he said in his book on monopolies technology and the future; Zero to One. And you shall see I often refer to the simulation most sighted as taking Malawi from Zero to One percent of global GDP.
(Tell the story of the library)
This is a measure of potential, whereafter one applies the collective 10 technologies to future prospects, and see which technologies each prospect can benefit from, and in general, the prospects that can get the most from the 10 technologies are first in line to receive S-World Platform Licences.

We have seen the PQS in the 10 Technologies presentation, now I wish to explain what made me look for Technology 7. Š-ŔÉŚ™ which is the focus of this presentation. The earliest inspiration that I can find was a 2011 quote from Allegra Stratton now the Downing Street (UK Government) Press Secretary. Allegra was a journalist for the Newsnight programme who presented a programme that included Economics Black Holes, which I found interesting as I was looking to use theoretical physics to inspire economics solutions and with Economic black Holes the symmetry is evident.
The economic black hole was money that went missing in economies, and it soon merged with a point of interest I was having with my burgeoning economic theory which was that in an economy like the USA, one was reasonably sure to retain most of the money it starts with after a year, as money is spent and re-spent by its citizens within its borders and the main Economic Black Hole was the difference between imports and exports (its trade deficit).
Looking up the current US vs. the rest of the world trade deficit, from Census.gov we see the figure at -706,790,800,000 (-706 billion). Now take the US 2020 GDP from a Google Search showing data from the world bank at $20,940,000,000,000 ($20.94 Trillion) and divide the US trade deficit by GDP and we get a figure of 3.37%. Note the inverse of this percentage (96.62%) is similar or the same as the E in the RES Equation.
So it seems that money mostly stays where it started and logic dictates that the more times money is re-spent the greater GDP is, so ideally if you have high enough money retention (96.62%) you want your citizens to spend and re-spent as many times as possible, as each spent adds to GDP in one way or another. (Actually, no GDP does not include second-hand sales, only new goods or services, but I would say that this only increases the money that stays in the US to maybe 97.5% or maybe 99% when we factor all the second-hand homes sold in a year)
Over the next 6 months this idea developed and my thought was how can I make a business network's money (capital) behave like a country, not a business? Noting that the theorised S-World VIRGIN business network was macro and valued at $734 billion if the network and software could adapt to every industry, noting that at the time Virgin Brands SA saw these figures and did not disagree. Here is that business plan, it was the first S-World paper written, this is where S-World began: The S-World VIRGIN Business Plan .
After this begging moving into 2012 and the move of the thought experiment from Greece to the USA we see I work on this puzzle in all three of the American Butterfly books.
In American Butterfly book 1. The Theory of Every Business we come to S-World UCS – QE & EEE Scores (QE is now É) we come to a different coloured but otherwise identical graphic as seen below:
In the graphic above we see a typical construction/building supply company TWF - The Window Factory. The financial inputs are from chapter 2 The Suppliers Butterfly. Here we are looking at the business trying its best to spend its money with other companies in the same network. Note the QE Efficiency (now 'E' or 'É')
When all is added the network keeps 58.9%, then 25% was paid in tax and an economic black hole of 16.1% was recorded.
Over the following decade, hundreds of ways to make money, same money, or avoid landmines have been written into the software design so that 16.1% would now be much smaller, but for all its promise the theory fell over because of tax. If each time we circulated the money we lost 25% the network would run out of money after a few spins of the wheel. This however did not stop the theorizing, and the chapter then continued with UCS Game Play, then the first 8 Special Projects now SuEc (Supereconomics) Book 3 and Technology 8. S-World Net-Zero DCA Soft and its essential system/tool Tax Symmetry.
What happened next was life changing as Garret Lisi’s “The Theory of Everything” gave me a minor understanding of quantum theory and the inspiration for quantum time which provided the following description of S-World UCS.
Retuning the present day, you will hear a lot about Histories, which are simulations, so far from 2024 to 2080, of which the history/simulation we work with on this page is S-World UCS™ History 3, and later we shall see History 4. UK Butterfly, and so on, with the knowledge that by 2080 we shall have made 87 quintillion simulations, (see spreadsheet tab '87 quintillion Histories') that’s 87,714,630,433,327,500,000 (a lot) of future simulations, each allowed 1 billion server actions. These Histories become our guide as we follow the S-World Mantra from Isaac-Asimov; "You may not predict what an individual may do, but you can put in motion, things that will move the masses in a direction that is desired. Thus, shaping if not predicting the future."
Given the scale of histories (87 quintillion) the lines "What if you could look to the future and see millions of eventualities for actions you take today? What if you could use the information to assist you right now?" have developed into a technically possible plan.
Before we leave 2012 however, I wish to also present the sister to Technology 6. S-World UCS™ which is Technology 5. S-World VSN™ and its slogan and signature graphic.
For the original American Butterfly book 1 chapter 7 on S-World VSN™ follow this link
Next came American Butterfly Book 2.
Spiritually Inspired Software the first of two follow up books that would use quantum, chaos and string theory as their source of inspiration, most of which was complete nonsense but in this nonsense we find QuESC and the PQS software design we saw in Chapter 1. And later we come back to Allegra Stratton’s Economic Black Holes in Quantum Force Theory.
Then in American Butterfly Book 3. The Network on a String chapter 3. came Quantum Force Theory, Spin & the RES ⇔ Equation and this provides us with the origin of RES (R) Revenue x (QE) Quantum Efficiency x (S) Spin, which over the years added accents above the letters so they can be clearly seen when included in a sentence making; ŔÉŚ and later adding (Š) for savings making Š-ŔÉŚ™; Šavings + Ŕevenue x recycle-Éfficency x Śpin and most recently in 2020 adding ⌂≥ÉL The City Sale (⌂) Ŕevenue must be the same or more than ÉL recycle-Éfficency Leakage making; Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL.
It's supposed to work like this, let us say Savings and Revenue (Š+Ŕ) are $1billion, and 90% of that money is paid to other companies in the same network with a shared central bank. Thus, any money transferred from one business to another is simply moving money around inside the central bank. So $1,000,000,000.00 x 90% (Śpin 1) = $900,000,000 x 90% (Śpin 2) = $810,000,000 x 90% (Śpin 3) = $729,000,000 x 90% (Śpin 4) = $656,100,000 and so on, similar in a way to both the Keynes income multiplier and Fractional-reserve banking.
The higher É is the more you can Śpin and later in UCS History 3, we end up with an É of 99.5% with a Śpin of 32 which makes a 3000% (30x) increase to the money supply and the conclusion that the measures Bill Gates put forward in his book; How to Avoid a Climate Disaster - The Green Premiums are no more than 1000% and often no more than 300% which can all be afforded as we have 30x (3000%) to play with.
As for the ⌂≥ÉL, this is cool, it shows that if we remove all revenues except the wholesale sale of Grand Śpin Networks (Cities) Technology 9. By adding that Ŕevenue to Šavings and then multiplying by É and then Ś and after distributing the resultant cash flow relatively evenly across the network of business as Ťender’s then.
So long as the revenue from the City Sale is greater than ÉL É Leakage, the collective Šavings increase and the income for all the companies in the network is determined.
However, in mid-2013 the RES model was all but abandoned along with all ideas from theoretical physics as I lost my mojo and stopped S-World research and development. And instead worked on what is now the S-World Platform; Technology 1. S-Web™, Technology 2. The TBS™ (Total Business Systems) and Technology 3. S-World Villa Secrets (Scale, Networks and Distribution.)
Until late 2015 when I got my mojo back after researching Paul G. Allen who was interested in Ripple Effects and Elephants which eventually led to a clever paper of the same name and shone a light on my return to S-World research and development. At which point a new PQS diagram was created with RES as the 7th of 16 different M-systems.
There is a tonne of work (150 PDF's and 550 videos) on Technologies 1. S-Web™, 2. The TBS™ (Total Business Systems) and Technology 3. Distribution and Networks (Villa Secrets Network) to be added.
The first half of 2013 was spent on American Butterfly but after receiving no reply from Mrs Mobbs at DAMPT and advice from a friend of a friend David Pettifor at Oxford suggesting that I was in the wrong discipline and should try economics, not theoretical physics I was disheartened and would not return to the new disaplin of using theoretical physics theory philosophy to create macroeconomic networks for 2 years.
So I changed my focus to what I knew, which turned out to be microeconomics the S-Web idea; to make many copies of the www.CapeVillas.com website for others to use under a commission sharing agreement, first proposed and used my Southeby’s Cape Town in 2009. I needed to learn how to be a systems architect by matching my HTML and CSS with PHP programmers, to complement what were at the time - visually superior websites.
This started with a complete copy of www.CapeVillas.com (in mid-2013) recreated as www.cape-town-luxury-villas.com, which you can’t see online at the moment due to a CSS error. Once complete in mid-2014 CTLV (as we called it) made just under the earnings of CapeVillas.com which had spent millions on advertising over the last decade and had a 13-year mostly very prestigious history.
For the new website and team to do as well as they did was a big thumbs up to the idea of S-Web™, now we needed to come up with a way to make hundreds of copies at the touch of a button that could all be very easily customised by their new owners, a task that took to late 2021 to complete.

Chapter 10. UCS™ Hawthorne for Richard Thaler | 8★ (June 2018)
In retrospect this was good work and is well worth reading today, almost everything is still valid today, however in 2019 I did start a follow-up book or chapter called S-World Villa Secrets - Specialize and Scale, influenced by Peter Thiel’s Zero to One but this is amongst the hundreds of PDFs and 600 videos that require sorting.
Specialize is an array of different companies in the same broad industry each of which has a specialization and will come to the front whenever that niche skill is needed, could be complex product knowledge, but could also be just living in the USA.
Let us say we have cast the net and there are 64 different S-World companies in the location of Cape Town (and a broader sense of all of Africa). Even the suburbs require specialists, usually, one who lives in or near a suburb and knows many people and businesses there, and we create a new website for each popular suburb like this www.VillasInCampsBay.com
There are about 30 different types of companies worth making that have the common thread of real estate rental or sales, here are a few, Vacation Rentals (Top end, mid-range or budget), Real Estate Sales (Top end, mid-range or budget further subdivided by commercial residential and industrial. Then we have Photography, Film and Video, Location Scouting, In-villa Film Locations, Luxury Travel, Property Management, Maintenance and so on. The bigger the network the more the need (can justify paying) for non-industry specialists such as one company can be legal, and another accounting. Knowing that they have plenty of business but no marketing expenses the specialist legal company can lower their rates accordingly and still make a good amount of profit, same for accounting and many other services.
When any enquiry comes into any of the companies in the network it will be met and greeted by the AI and directed to the one person who ticks the most boxes, if we're looking for vacation rentals in Camps Bay it will go to the most experienced or highest-scoring agent in that location.
Alternatively, if the client enquiries from the USA and we have a USA reseller in the network, something that would make sense because my own experiments showed that if I offered Live-Chat to the USA we got a lot more leads, and I assume if an agent were in the USA (not England) it would garner even more conversations.
The US agent would simply refer to the AI and speak with local (Cape Town) agents about the client's wishes, a team effort with remuneration divided fairly.
Building the AI is a work in progress but can be completed quickly and then improved upon over time. This is one of the first things I wish to work on. This is the kind of thing that will get 2018 Nobel winning economist Richard Thaler on board, part of the development team, where he would be most welcome.
One thing I can tell you for sure is that having a German sales agent or company owner in Cape Town increases the likelihood of a booking from German-speaking clients from about 1 in 3.5 to close to 4 in 4 (maybe 9 conversions for each ten enquires), this is why we have made www.KapstadtVillas.com which needs to be customized and maybe 40 pages rewritten in German, before we can start to advertise (Google Ads) in German.
For example, if a call came in asking for someone to look at a new property for rent, the enquiry would go straight to the best mandate closer in the local area, if say the location was in Clifton, Cape Town then a Clifton based person with this website www.CliftonLuxuryVillas.com will go meet the property owner or manager and start the mandate process. I can tell you from experience, only a few agents ever sign mandates, it is usually left to the CEO, if available, by directing the lead to the person who will make the most money from a mandate, the network as a whole has more stock at maximum STO (That's short for Standard Tour Operator discount), some strategies are for 20% but some discounted strategies are for 80%).
Same for property for sale enquires coming to a vacations rentals company, they may have a deal with an estate agent, but this rarely leads to new revenue and the individual person who happens to answer the phone or email is unlikely to be rewarded, but send it to a real estate agent in the area with a good supply of mandates and that's money for almost nothing. Real Estate Agents like to offer 20% of their commission for referrals, but within the network, if there is a good supply of both for sale mandates and properties sold this can increase to 50%, and the network would record exactly who picked up the phone and then sent the lead to the network specialist and share in that 50% which would typically be 4% of the price the property sold for. If that was $5 million, we then x by 4% which gives us $200,000 x 50% the referrer was rewarded = $100,000 if a company owner in vacation rentals referred to the estate agent. (Or maybe half that for a staff member referring sharing the other half with the company owner)
Same for film companies looking for locations or shoot and stays (a large villa that is suitable for filming that they also live on &/or use a base for operations). Add to this the likes of Prada and Bulgari asking for villas for promotional events and big brand adverts and there's a lot for a film specialist to do, not least because of the division S-World Film who will be facilitating such shoots and going so far as to do test shoots before arrival for such brands all part of the service for S-World Film all of whom would like some top draw fashion or brand shoots in their portfolios and on their online media.
Same for any of the above-having experiences with luxury safaris, a very lucrative side-line rarely answered, but if that enquiry was directed to the right specialist it’s probably a sale, safari clients are very loyal to well-informed specialists, who know their subject.
You see again and again enquiries coming onto the wrong person making nothing with enquiries going to the specialists making bookings or property sales, or for that matter safari sales which may net $20,000 in commission shared between the person who got the enquiry and the person who closed it, with S-World taking 12.5% of the commission for facilitation, distribution, branding and lots of product/software development.
Once one has a specialised network one can scale because the cost of making a second and third and a tenth and a hundredth copy of that S-Wold Company Platform (website/software/network/pr) are almost zero. Where after every company in the network pay's 12.5% of their commissions to S-World which is less than Airbnb deducts when including both the service fee (about 15%) and their commission of 2.5%.
Let's hear the point I'm trying to make plus some additional relevant points from Peter Thiel’s book Zero to One.
Here are some other quotes from Peter's book.
"If you take one typewriter and build 100, you have made horizontal progress. If you have a typewriter and build a word processor, you have made vertical progress.”
"As a good rule of thumb, proprietary technology must be at least 10 times better than its closest substitute in some important dimension to lead to a real monopolistic advantage."
By “monopoly,” we mean the kind of company that’s so good at what it does that no other firm can offer a close substitute.
[NickRayBall] But probably the most relevant quote for The S-World Platform comes later in chapter 5 and is quite detailed:
BUILDING A MONOPOLY
Brand, scale, network effects, and technology in some combination define a monopoly; but to get them to work, you need to choose your market carefully and expand deliberately.
Start Small and Monopolize
Every startup is small at the start. Every monopoly dominates a large share of its market. Therefore, every startup should start with a very small market. Always err on the side of starting too small. The reason is simple: it’s easier to dominate a small market than a large one. If you think your initial market might be too big, it almost certainly is.
Small doesn’t mean non-existent. We made this mistake early on at PayPal. Our first product let people beam money to each other via PalmPilots, but as nobody needed our product, so we had no customers.
With that lesson learned, we set our sights on eBay auctions, where we found our first success. In late 1999, eBay had a few thousand high-volume “PowerSellers,” and after only three months of dedicated effort, we were serving 25% of them. It was much easier to reach a few thousand people who really needed our product than to try to compete for the attention of millions of scattered individuals.
The perfect target market for a startup is a small group of particular people concentrated together and served by few or no competitors. Any big market is a bad choice, and a big market already served by competing companies is even worse. This is why it’s always a red flag when entrepreneurs talk about getting 1% of a $100 billion market. In practice, a large market will either lack a good starting point or it will be open to competition, so it’s hard to ever reach that 1%. And even if you do succeed in gaining a small foothold, you’ll have to be satisfied with keeping the lights on: cutthroat competition means your profits will be zero.
Scaling Up
Once you create and dominate a niche market, then you should gradually expand into related and slightly broader markets. Amazon shows how it can be done. Jeff Bezos’s founding vision was to dominate all of online retail, but he very deliberately started with books. There were millions of books to catalog, but they all had roughly the same shape, they were easy to ship, and some of the most rarely sold books—those least profitable for any retail store to keep in stock—also drew the most enthusiastic customers. Amazon became the dominant solution for anyone located far from a bookstore or seeking something unusual. Amazon then had two options: expand the number of people who read books, or expand to adjacent markets. They chose the latter, starting with the most similar markets: CDs, videos, and software. Amazon continued to add categories gradually until it had become the world’s general store. The name itself brilliantly encapsulated the company’s scaling strategy. The biodiversity of the Amazon rain forest reflected Amazon’s first goal of cataloging every book in the world, and now it stands for every kind of thing in the world, period.
Sequencing markets correctly is underrated, and it takes discipline to expand gradually. The most successful companies make the core progression—to first dominate a specific niche and then scale to adjacent markets—a part of their founding narrative.
Don’t Disrupt
THE LAST WILL BE FIRST
You’ve probably heard about “first mover advantage”: if you’re the first entrant into a market, you can capture significant market share while competitors scramble to get started. But moving first is a tactic, not a goal.
[Nick Ray Ball]
Our end game is The 10 Technologies and right now I'm focused on Technology 7. Š-ŔÉŚ™ and its determined formulation Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL but Peter is right to say, "The way to do that is to dominate a small niche and scale up from there, toward your ambitious long-term vision." On this point we have a working prototype, that includes 16 different websites, we don't have the admin and financial systems which get built as part of Technology 2 The TBS (Total Business Systems) but if we are working with big and honest companies we don't need that to start making money. We just got to choose which of the three opportunities we should first explore.
Opportunity One. 11,000 Sotheby's Agents, needs a deal with Sotheby's USA could start tomorrow in Cape Town and grow to all locations in Africa that Sotheby's are situated in, such as beach locations in Seychelles, Mauritius, Mozambique, and beach and safari locations such as South Africa, Tanzania Kenya and specialist safari locations such as Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia. (Note I have not included Malawi in this list as it is not famous for safaris or beaches, which is in part why it was chosen for the S-RES project that we shall read about in Part 8. /S-RES_and_the_Library.php#part8 )
Opportunity One part 2 is to choose from several large estate agencies in South Africa such as Pam Golding, Seeff and others. One may substitute Sotheby’s for Christie Estates.
.Opportunity Three is to start with what I class as 6 and 7-star venues, for instance, I have spoken with the managers of North Island https://www.capevillas.com/Diamond-Class/North-Island-Private-Islands-Seychelles/6061 and Cousine Island https://www.capevillas.com/Diamond-Class/Seychelles-Private-Islands-Cousine-Island/6004 and both were keen. There are maybe 250 such venues across Africa and thousands globally.
Opportunity Two. Is to choose the Airbnb Power Sellers, a task that would be a lot easier if we had permission from Airbnb to access their descriptions, videos, prices and availability, so maybe we need to share equity with them?
On the subject of Airbnb Of course, the landscape was changed by Airbnb, but this can be an advantage, for example, there are a lot more owners happy to rent out their houses/villas to short term clients now, but also we can target Airbnb power sellers (like PayPal targeted the U-Tube power sellers) offering a free S-Web™ and S-World Platform licence which adds to the idea to target 1,000 of the 11,000 Sotheby’s agents, to the idea of targeting the world's top 1000 most expensive properties for rent, as found on Facebook, Google and Twitter.
Note that whilst we should still offer licences to companies and individuals for +/- $25,000, the cost of each licence is almost free, and the main revenue stream is a share in 12.5% of each company or individuals commission, in this respect one of the first things to do is show how by using the system the user will be at least 20% better off, a lot of which can be achieved by getting better STOs (trade discounts) on common and uncommon stock, this is the benefit of the network.
As mentioned in 2019 I added to this plan in a new chapter called S-World Villa Secrets Specialize and Scale, influenced by Peter Theil explaining why software startups are a good bet, that once created the cost of another duplicate product (it's all just code, in most cases) was almost zero, much like the difference between S-Web™ creating 16 sites as we have now and 160 sites, that we could make if we had server space (that's literally just a few hundred dollars a month), and then maybe 1,600 on this system but in the background will be S-Web™ v2, which is easy to make, we just copy what we have with better systems architecture, and other elements written about since 2017 and we're talking millions of sites/e-franchises, ready for the billions of S-Web™ products that will be used by the Grand Śpin Networks (The Cities).
The second significant update is the 2021 realization that we could easily create entire portfolios of properties and attractions into a common use widget if say we had a LA partner and they went some effort making their S-Web™ websites. Once made we can offer this portfolio as a single menu item in a menu that can hold over 100 common use links.
So we can now add to any other S-Web™ website user the ability to 'turn on the LA Villas menu, from which either up to 16 different products, or if a drop-down up to 200 products, and in both instances the same search used on the original site is used so if client 'a' searches for other LA options, (see the search system on www.CapeVillas.com, not perfect but a good place to start.)
The behavioural team will make the default the best they can, and the system will be part of a much larger project to determine what is best on what website and in what order. Plus, what works and what does not. Where after the 'what does not' items are removed automatically to all users, so maybe if one is doing Luxury Villas, Private islands, and Exclusive Use Safaris it may be a good idea to team up with a US company that does the Caribbean, sunshine states and skiing.
Over time we see where we are scoring hits from these affiliate entries on their websites, maybe one company say LuxGuides.com wants to devote a complete drop-down to these offerings, and then we just wait and see how many leads are being generated of any and by whom. And as we get more and more data, we can better know what makes money and what does not and how to avoid landmines, for instance, the what of the client gets eaten by a lion? That's a landmine that can only be answered by the question does the host have insurance for that? And if they don't and we see this as a real risk (in fact in my 10 years in Africa I never heard of this, it is just a what-if) and it's the job of the networks to find and eliminate as many negative what-ifs as possible.
So that's the 2021 idea, and not just for real estate and luxury travel, we have been working on an Academics and authors version for sharing and presenting their papers see this video... but to get straight to the point, your now reading it, this is S-Web for professors and authors, who for some reason all have really nothing websites, not with S-Web just like I have here can make their own sites with our very easy to use navigation builder and that's all you need, plus a contact us page. In this example, you can’t see the Homepage CMS that makes the individual pages, but it will become available in time, making the quickest and easiest way for anyone to make a website about really anything in no time at all, who knows this may one day overtake WordPress as the most used tool for making websites because it can be easily used by anyone whereas in many or even most cases people usually go to WordPress specialist or web designers to make a website, not do it and update it themselves, not always I know a few friends that have made their own websites from WordPress, I'm talking about everyone else, and in both cases, S-Web™ is the superior tool, and by the time we have it linked to technologies 2 3 and 4, let alone 5 and 6, we are likely to capture a very large audience.
Thus far I have not mentioned S-World Film, S-World Publishing, Prestige Marketing and The Estate Agents Pack
Technology 4. S-World Film is this micro setting is the idea that where possible if in film locations such as Cape Town one recruits the team from the film industry seeking to create a working production company who, and this is the trick, who also deal with hospitality and concierge and sometimes sales or management. In travel, it is hard to justify a really good hospitality team as for half the year they have nothing to do. So, when this is so they work on films and videos and stills at the villas and local attractions, plus make broadcast-quality tv shows, travel, reality, architecture and so on.
Where this pays dividends is top end clients who want this or that item from the concierge, for example, what is the most exclusive restaurant, bar, night club, villa or yacht party, and who can take us to and up the most beautiful mountain, and they want to do yoga atop the mountain, and then go horse riding along the giant beach they saw from atop.
This is a big ask, but not at all impossible, within the S-World Film ranks will be some very locally famous personalities, only globally famous or locally famous people can get booked out restaurants, guest list to soirees invited to villa and yacht parties whereas your average concierge will have not a clue. As for the mountain and beach missions film, people like to keep fit and do that stuff for fun every week, and one can choose personnel for their knowledge in these areas and their willingness to show clients a good time, to go with them to the Winelands and other cool spots. In an exchange that get leads in the productions and may well get real-world gigs for fashion companies. Having been a Prada model for instance will help shape the model’s future.
So that's the concierge, who collectively, and maybe joining with a few other companies each providing 2 or 3 to the group and maybe 10 people, that's more than enough to make really beautiful stills and videos.
The stills then are created as coffee table books and magazines, we did this in 2009, 22,000 companies of the Cape Villas magazines distributed with Conde Nast Traveller, and it made a big difference, especially for recruiting mandates, and the real top-end clients, but now printing has moved on and we can do short runs, so we can put each mandated 6 to 7-star villa on the cover, several times, in publications that are more like art books, and are for sale for $100 in top book stores. This is prestige marketing and can be run with additional magazines such as Conde Nast traveller featuring the villa, advertorial.
This is prestige marketing, and this is the estate agents pack. When called upon by the estate agents, Villa Secret will supply a dozen or so books that also have adverts from the likes of Prada and Bulgari (both interested). Plus, there will be a CD or CDs of Video and of course its own website with booking history and so on. Whereas every other villa the estate agent presents have almost nothing, maybe a WordPress website that cost $1,000. That's all they have.
Relative to a handful of seemingly top draw books and magazines all featuring the villa on the cover and what looks like an unbiased editorial in what really are top draw magazines. Which the buyer gets to choose which ones she wants to take away. Or another way is clients see the villa in the publications and then wants to buy, for sure I know it helps make significant bookings that top $1 million. The main distribution strategies are in the villas for clients to take away, hand posted to all other villas in the locations, looking for new rental mandates and last but not least is to post magazines to all interested clients, any of whom could be a potential buyer.
This is why we first want to speak with estate agents, for the media we will create and our distribution. Estate Agents care about one thing, getting mandates and selling the mandated property, we help with both.
At one of the islands, showing off both the couture and accessories of the designer and also the architecture, interior design and location of the villa.
Coming back to the S-Web 2021 idea of creating and swopping portfolios, the same system can make the books, I’m really looking forward to when we have 20 of the tip private islands in the world, and hope for a major fashion brand, Chanel, Armani … to each do a shoot
If one is new and only has one property within a few days they can have a global reach magazine with villas across the world with the new guy's house on the cover, that there marketing and it will open many doors and is almost free.
For the next paragraph some context in the form of another quote from Peter Thiel's Zero to One.
“Simply stated, the value of a business today is the sum of all the money it will make in the future.”
In terms of the future value, if each company made $100,000 in commission each year for 10 years, and 1,000 Sotheby’s agents and agencies participated $100,000 x 10 = $1,000,000 x 1000 agencies equals $1 billion making from £100 million £500 million maybe after costs are deducted. And while this is a reasonable calculation it's a mile away from being determined.
Compare that to the Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL simulation, from 2024 to 2080 that we focus on in the second half of this presentation which is mostly determined and reports a figure as much as 5 magnitudes greater than The S-World Platform simulation. That's $1,039 trillion (discounted to today's value of money.)
With that in mind, why have I even bothered to highlight this part of the presentation, the answer is that this is The S-World Platform - Technologies 1 to 4, are the foundation on which the next six technologies sit.

In October 2017, encouraged by Elon Musk and SpaceX's desire to create a transport corridor to MARS, and talk of one million visitors. In part for fun, but also for the development of Technology 6. S-World UCS™ the MMO game and the gamification of the network. I began a new Grand Śpin Network (City) design/project called MARS Resort 1.
The first MARS Resort 1 short book ID:6.64 starts with M-Systems 1 to 14, which flow into the then 16 Special Projects (For more on Special Projects see ID:9.91,
ID:10.50 &
ID:11.55) up to Special Project 16. Universal Colonization.
This is the ultimate achievement in S-World and the S-World UCS™ game. The ultimate special project, flying ourselves to the stars in a fleet of ships, spreading our complexity across the galaxy ensuring our survival come what may. (Well actually not forever, as we have the heat death of the universe and... but likely for a longer time than our current Earthbound civilization will endure.)
We arrive at MARS Resort 1 on page 55, and soon after, yes that is a golf course we see. My idea, at least for the city is for it to be as luxurious as it can be.
Then bang, the reason why I’ve included MARS Resort 1 in this presentation is found on page 65, a very quickly made spreadsheet with RES É set at 93.75% this action turns 100,000,000 of capital into 762, 477, 458 worth of GDP (x 50% due to the CFV) in whichever unit of currency one chooses.
It took a little while to realize its significance, but as there was no tax, we could use RES much more effectively than the 2012 Orlando Network (seen below) did in American Butterfly which only had an É of 58.9%.
Remember É is the measure of the percent of spending that goes to other companies or personnel in the same network.
So on an early Mars colony, by its very nature, the start-up city would have a very high É, everything and everyone on an early MARS colony would be almost exclusively buying and selling to and from each other, and É might be imports from Earth for luxury items for super-rich individuals.
MARS Resort 1 personnel will be told up front that sending dollars to earth is very costly, one may be extremely rich on MARS but the transfer of funds back to earth will be limited, the priority of ÉL (É Leakage) would be spent on essential imports from Earth, and even then it would be from an Earth GŚN (Grand Śpin Network) that was in Š-ŔÉŚ™ and had a high Śpin.
As I write this I consider, each Earthbound GŚN should have one suburb dedicated to producing a set of goods and services (including research) for MARS Resort 1. Let’s assume 25 GŚNs have been created worldwide by 2048. And let’s assume the average output is per History 3. Then, if all 25 GŚNs are continually producing and sending this output to MARS Resort 1, we can consider MARS Resort 1 at scale.
On earth, tax is necessary to collect from the many any provide entitlements and security back to the many, but on MARS Resort 1 the colony evolves by providing its own entitlements like food and oxygen. Security is not so much in case of war, terror or crime, by security, I mean the team that make sure pressure is not lost and everyone is exposed to MARS's raw conditions.
I think at this point I conceived The Sienna Equilibrium, for which the new spreadsheet by that name is right at the frontier of S-World development. The Sienna Equilibrium is the mechanism and software that creates the environment where everyone is buying from each other and trade is near to Pareto efficiency and everyone is happy, they can buy what they want and can get a good price for selling their specific good or service.
Note here that Peter Theil's suggestion that every person in a start-up should focus on just one thing may be a good rule on MARS Resort 1. Be that thing maintaining the nuclear power engines, or producing apples, or a thousand other things that are needed. By copying the way musical keys can lead into each other and eventually end back where they started, we do the same for the cashflows of everyone and every business.
And because everything is being made that is supposed to be made and things like security are factored in as businesses trading, there is no need for tax at all.
This later became Tax Symmetry, that you can read about on this brief PDF: 11.51 - Tax-Symmetry & S-World Net-Zero DCA Soft.
After some more ideas for MARS Resort 1 the book presents 'The Butterfly' the name for an organogram of desired companies I wished to work with.
After the butterfly we see MARS related graphics for the co-founders I desired at that time; Sir Richard Branson, Bill and Melinda Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan, Elon Musk, Paul G Allen, The Clintons and The Obamas.
And here it is, entry number 6.64__M-Systems, MARS Resort 1, RES & Trustees.

Technology 5. S-World VSN™ - Virtual Social Network (Seen here in American Butterfly) is everything you see, on our planet, just created virtually like a detailed video game, or seen in Oculus and other VR systems, where people can 'teleport to gps' to see each other's locations and see all that they can see.
In Mars Resort 1, the entire development going forward to 2080 will be created in S-World VSN™ and VSN™ Construct.
We hope to use Will Wrights simple city and home building tools from his games The SIMS and SIM City. Then add a fantastic array of architectural features from who in my opinion is the world's greatest architect; Stefan Antoni, (certainly the world’s greatest modern architect) and then render the entire colony in S-World VSN™.
The S-World UCS™ MMO game works in many ways, for some, it's like playing Civilization but with the 10 Technologies ending up on MARS Resort 1. For others, it becomes the game that pays as we allow elite gamers, architects, and the public access to create their own cities, attractions, infrastructure, homes, villas, estates, golf courses, stadiums excreta which when purchased in the real world, pays a significant commission. Build the right house and earn $10,000, design a complete suburb that gets chosen and the return would be tens of millions.
See the early design for this system in American Butterfly - it's a trip.
Or for a more recent presentation see: 11.58__S-World-VSN - Construction and Industry (Nov 2020)
Follow this link for 2019 Nobel Prize winners Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo telling their readers of Paul Romer's Charter Cities in their book Poor Economics.Add to the above my new design for S-World VSN™ called VSN™ Construct (part of 'Well Before Time Production') in which the entire construction process (be it a house, a motorway, a nuclear power station, or a complete city-sized metropolis) brick for brick - every action of every member of personnel will be rendered with all personnel performing the construction seen virtually, via tailor-made glasses that can flip up to show and now show the rendered plan whilst working on the ground.
Be it MARS Resort 1, or HS2 (A high-speed railway project in England) great efficiency is added to the construction process, be it exactly what labour should do, or the inventory and cost of every part included in the construction price adjusted in real-time to avoid underquoting and the almost inevitable inflation of the project by at least 100% be it a railway, an aircraft carrier, nuclear submarine, a City in Africa, or a city on MARS...
Pardon mademoiselle, we're just going to take 2 steps back a second. This narrative is similar to before but offers a different perspective.
After completing ID:6.64 I started another MARS orinetaed production, a more condensed summary for MARS Resort 1, that begins:
MARS Resort 1.
The Return of ŔÉŚ
This summary begins well and has some interesting incites as it goes, it’s not so much a summary of the previous book as it is a new short story about MARS Resort 1. That ends with the complete online summary of SuEc book 3. Sixty-Four Reasons Why and presents desired co-founders.
Remember that Universal Collenizartion is Special Project 16, and Sixty-Four Reasons Why is a book on 63 (now 73 other special projects) that share in the Ťenders created by Š-ŔÉŚ™ monopoly cash flow.
Important side note and a quote from another book is that because of the Sixty-Four Reasons Why we will not have to hide this monopoly, for all the good it can do.
The equation we see above, would not be completed until late 2020, or early 2021.
The new component ⌂≥ÉL is very simple but incredibly powerful.
It says The Suburb Sale (⌂) (or City Sale) must make the same or more than (≥) the cash flow spent with companies, not in the same business network (É).
As we shall see this becomes the cherry on the top of our efforts in creating determined cash flows which really is at the forefront of S-World development right now.
In the most recent analysis of S-World UCS History 3, the Suburb sale is 100% of income, which is then divided between the businesses in the network as Ťenders, in a process that puts the future Global Network cash flow a $1,039 Trillion x 2 (for 100 GŚNs per History 3, between 2024 and 2080)
Because 'The Suburb Sale' would have been contracted 2, 3 or more years before the official Grand Śpin Network launch it's a 'hell year' for investors because so long as the suburb sale is invested in, the business network is guaranteed enough income to cover all costs.
It’s a totally different business model to traditional property development, that is reliant on Š-ŔÉŚ™.
Take the $1 billion (+5% appreciation a year) which the suburb owner pays each year.
Multiply it by Š-ŔÉŚ™ as prescribed so by as much as 3000%. And you are left with an absolute fortune.
This money then pays the Ťender which increases at close to 50% a year ensuring spectacular growth for the network of businesses that start as 2,048 businesses in the year 2028 and grows to 327,680 businesses by 2080. With the owners of the suburb (⌂) owning a share in each and every business in the network.
This is "The Theory of Every Business" 10 years after my first writing it as Book 1 in the first book in my American Butterfly series back in 2012.. www.AmericanButterfly.org
Let me draw attention once again to the circular nature of the decision to buy a suburb. Because we have taken away all income except the Suburb Sale revenue, we can make predictions with certainty, so long as someone buys a suburb, and we can use Š-ŔÉŚ™ as prescribed, the returns will be as presented on the S-World.org website.
The only critical variable is; Can We Find a Buyer or Buyers for a Suburb?
I am reminded of the first follower from Eric Schmidt’s book How Google Works, in this case, the first follower is the most important, whom we can entice by offering a very special prize that so far is the only thing I have reserved only for myself. In Peter Theil's Zero to One book, Peter says that VCs (or the 1st VC) typically desires 20% of the equity in the start-up. He does not say how much equity the founder retains after all subsequent investment rounds but I believe Mark Zuckerberg retained 25% of Facebook.
But with such massive amounts of money in play, $1,039 trillion per the determined formulation of History 3, just 0.1% rake of cashflow equals $1.039 trillion. Even Google will see that as a good payday for a valiant venture in which they can build their city specifically for automated or even flying cars, and market the Tesla GT, (that’s not Grand Turismo that’s Google Tesla.) Tesla is already at the races so an alliance may make good sense.
Below we see the Malawi Grand Śpin Network Companies Cube, each cube you see is a measure of 64 companies, the companies that we earlier saw make around 3 million a year each from Network Ťenders.
Above We can see a clear message to Elon Musk with 7 cubes assigned, and in addition, Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Berkshire Hathaway and Virgin get a place on the board, all of which create products that are essential to the special projects, and are themselves special projects at least in terms of carbon. The rest of the board is filled with special projects and facilitating systems such as the Peet Tent.
New!!! The most recent thoughts have been to divide the suburb costs into eight different suburbs making a Start-Up City.
The cost for the first City in History 3 was $1billion plus a 5% increase each year, for as long a contract as we can sign, hopefully, 16 years.
However, one thing I learned when I created a Cape Town luxury car hire company was that if one sets the price too high then there is only so many who can afford it. We did convertible BMW 330s at about $100 a day and made a lot of bookings, but the Porsche Boxster S for $250 was too high, and we made very few rentals. Same for villas at the top end, there are only so many people who can afford it. So, $1 billion-plus a 5% per year escalation may be too high. But if we split the start-up city into eight different suburbs at $125 million per year plus 5% escalation, there are tens, maybe hundreds of thousands of potential buyers, who, and this is important would be willing to sign a longer deal, ideally to 2080.
Before I present a list of such companies, we need to remember two things, we need each project to be less than Net-Zero and where possible they should also be a special project, this is for Tax Symmetry, where instead of tax the network makes and supplies things desired by the people. All Net-Zero in both carbon output in use and carbon output in the making of the product or service.
The second is that a suburb is not just the land, it is the Ťender receiving business as we have seen in the 64 Cubes for Malawi and The UK graphics above.
I will now describe a Stage 2 City which I call a GŚMN (Grand Śpin Metropolis Network) which has 8 Start Up Cities starting at $1 billion each, divided between 64 companies individuals, foundations, countries or even states.
One can do the Hatton Garden/Harley Street effect and have eight universities invested in the same network, or one can spread the investors across a dedicated suburb or spread each industry evenly across the 8 suburbs.
For now, let us spread each industry evenly across the eight suburbs.
I am going to name 32 of the 64 placements leaving the last 32 available for facilitating companies, such as making Solar arrays or building infrastructure.
I will start with Football (or as you say in the US Soccer), Starting with Chelsea (The home of Christian Pulisic). I am confident Roman Abramovich will be interested in this project and after Chelsea, many or even all of the clubs that wished to create a Soccer Super-League would invest in this Grand Śpin Metropolis Network if it were to be the home of that Super League. Note that on the Summary version of SuEc Book 3. Sixty-Four Reasons Why presents this Super League at its grassroots in Special Project 53. Malawi Football and Other Sports Leagues. Followed by Special Project 54. Malawi 2038 World Cup Bid.
Then above the grassroots, we have two clubs situated in each of the 8 Suburbs that make up the GŚMN.
Next in each suburb could be one of eight universities, which are well practised at investing their endowments, such as Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Princeton University, MIT, Cambridge, Oxford, LSE.
Another Suburb may be fashion houses, Armani, Chanel et al. This would suit Malawi well as the weight of hi-fashion is light so making exports cheaper.
Considering Technology 8 is S-World Film I could see a major studio set up in each suburb, or as was previously considered break out of the mould and set up as 1 stand-alone suburb.
Of course a suburb or suburbs for the technology companies featured by S-World since 2011; Facebook, Microsoft, Google.
One suburb might then be for Luxury Travel, Hotel companies at al
One suburb dedicated to Space with Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson, the latter being the targeted recipient of the first-ever S-World presentation.
If we then start to add the company types seen on the 64 Cube graphic that has not yet been named and we soon see that we will run out of space, which is fine because the plan is for about 40 Grand Śpin Metropolis Networks, such as the UK Network seen below.

S-World UCS™ History 3 for Kate Raworth

This video starts with the new bathtub graphics inspired by Kate Raworth and Donella Meadows. It was this simplification that made be believe that ŔÉŚ was mathematically ridged.
Below we see a simple diagram of a bath tub in which the amount of water flowing into the bathtub is equal to the amount of water flowing out. (Note the out-flow at the bottom is 10x magnification.)
Next we see that if 90% of the water was recycled - the total amount water enjoyed by the bath increases from 80 to 152 Gallons.
Of course in this case the water would overfill and spill onto the floor, which is not desired.
But what if we exchange the water for money?
Next, we see the same situation but with money.
In 2024 a network of businesses has $6.32 billion in savings and revenue (Š & Ŕ) of which 90% is spent on goods and services from other businesses or personnel in the same network.
Which at an 'É' (recycle-Éfficiency) of 90% increases the cash flow as follows;
The initial $6.32 + the recyled $5.68 billion = $12 billion.
Now we apply Śpin (Ś) to the 2025 figures . As before instead of spending the money once a year, we spend it twice creating $14.89 billion in cash flow. Plus, critically, $7.10 billion remains at the end of the year, and is transferred to 2026, this is called Šavings (Š) or sometimes The Law of Conservation of Revenue
The following year (2026) Śpin increases to 3, so we spend the money three times in a year creating $26.85 billion.
Note the figures are effected by aditional in and out flows and they wront tally without them. To see the additional 'in and out flows' go to: 11.11__S-RES__BASIC

Below we see the link for 11.11__Š-ŔÉŚ BASIC, at just 4,117 Words Š-ŔÉŚ BASIC can be read in a dozen or so minutes.
This is the best Š-ŔÉŚ summary to date.
But it does not present work from Jul 2020 to August 2021
which gives us Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL. Which we shall find further down the page
Now let us look at this on the spreadsheet
To download the spreadsheet follow this link ; Download Spreadsheet 8.62b .
(You may find your anti-virus warns you not to open this, this is due to the 50 or so tabs some of which are requesting data from external links, so my Malwarebytes software find it suspicious. You may ignore the warning if you get one, or contact me and I can email it to you, either way, this spreadsheet is extremely important.)
Below we see The Š-ŔÉŚ™ Calculator in Year 1 (2024)
Revenue and Savings in red x an É at 90% x 1 Śpin = $5.68 Billion (USD), which takes 365 days.
This $5.68 billion is divided as Ť (tenders) between 2,048 businesses who each receive an average of $2.77 million.
At the end of the year, the $5.68 billion in the networks central bank converts to Š (savings) to re-emerge as cash flow in 2025
Next, we see year 2 (Š) savings and (Ŕ) revenue (in red) is $8.56 billion and Śpin increases from 1 to 2 which. In the background Technology 2. The TBS™ (Total Business Systems) sets and adjusts prices and forces all the initial cash flow to be spent before 11th July 2025.
É is now 91%, so 91% of the cash flow remains in the central bank, transferred from one network company to another, and another, and back again in a process called The Sienna Equilibrium. So that on the 11th July 2025 the central bank has $7,798,347,375 and follows the same procedure spending it all before the end of the year. (a next-generation spreadsheet for this is in progress.)
This point - this Śpin quality of Š-ŔÉŚ™ is important and is worth repeating with some added detail;
On the 12th of July, the cash flow remaining in the bank, now $7.75 billion is again distributed to the now 4,096 companies averaging $3.63 million each, to be spent before the end of the year, again with an É of 91%. At which point $7.09 billion remains in the network central bank and it converted to Š (savings) in 2026.
Essential to know, the businesses in the network use The 10 Technologies software to set prices and handle all but petty cash accounting. There is a massive amount of detail for this software.
Now we can really start to get a handle on the Š-ŔÉŚ™ process and see its magic.
Moving now to 2032, we see É is now 99% (which may be higher than can be achieved, but with 8 years of practice, we would get close).
With an É of 99%, the amount of cash flow lost to É (spent on raw materials, goods and services from companies outside the network.) is minuscule.
Note the Spend By Dates, the initial cash flow is spent in the first 42 days, the second Śpin is also 42 days then; 41, 41, 41, 40, 40, 39, 39 days. Eight Śpins generating $106 billion in cash flow, and about half that in GDP.
This $106 billion in cash flow, and about half that in GDP is then halved because of the CFV (Cash Flow to GDP Variable) at 50% the CFV considers the GDP double-counting problem presented in David A. Moss's; A Concise Guide to Macroeconomics. In 2048 we move É to 99.5% - now the cash flow is circulating every 14.5 days.
"To get from Śpin 1 to 2, one must near double cash flow, labour, raw materials, components and on and on.
Let us say getting the materials and hiring labour was logistically possible, and as we have seen the doubling of cash flow is possible.
To double most avenues to the manufacturing process one needs to build this capacity into the company from the beginning. Let's use our token building sector manufacturing comply TWF The Window Factory, in 2024 cash flow is $2,776,355, this is the amount of money TWF will receive from companies in the same network and let us say that the average product was $150, then $2,776,355 / $150 = 20,000 products.
So from the very beginning, if either constructing a company from scratch or partnering with an existing business the productive capacity in 2024 must be one magnitude higher, TWF are capable of creating 200,000 products, if they had the orders, labour, cash flow and supplies to do so.
Thus solving the transition from Śpin 1 to Śpin 2 because the original business could easily create 40,000 products in 2025 if it has the cash flow, labour and supplies to do so."
“If you’re already at Śpin 31, then doing it a little bit faster does not make that much difference, it’s is completely different relative to Śpin 1 to 2 which requires a doubling of raw materials, parts, labour and most other bills. Whereas going from Śpin 31 to 32 only increases cash flow (cash needed) by one in 32, it is not doubling its need for labour or raw materials it is only increasing by one thirty-second (1/32.)”

We always use US dollars, not Malawi Malawian Kwacha, because this pins inflation to the international inflation of the dollar plus or minus changes in the prices, which are all controlled by Technology 2 The TBS - Total Business Systems, and Technology 10. The Combinatorial S-Wold Angelwing (The AI).
In addition to inflation controls, using USD avoids pressures up-or-down on the Malawi Kwacha outright.
There will still be effects but not the kind of textbook effect you read about near the beginning of David A. Moss's Concise Guide to Macroeconomics.
Getting back to the original script - In the spreadsheet graphic below...
I stop increasing Śpin at Śpin 32 in 2055, and we see Śpin 32 with an É of 95.5% continue until 2080 at which point cash flow is $8,204,082,483,521 and GDP is $4,102,041,241,761 in the year 2080. We will see this figure discounted later in this presentation.
So in 2080 before discounting this Š-ŔÉŚ™ powered network creates $8,204,082,483,521 ($8.2 trillion US dollars)
This $8,204,082,483,521 is then divided by 327,680 companies each averaging $25,036,872.81, which after loosely attempting to discount is close to the +/- $3,000,000 we saw companies make in the early years. But is likely to be making a lot more due to non Ťender income. The Ťender itself has been divided into the 327,680 companies and so facilitating massive employment, physical fitness and learning across Malawi.
This is deliberate and is my attempt to distribute the money created to as many Malawians as possible.
Each company on average employs 32 personnel, multiply that by 327,680 and 10,485,760 high paying jobs are created and 15,728,640
Paid2Learn trainees or children are literally paid to learn.
Right now, that's more than the population of Malawi, but what Malawi's population will be in 2080 is a tough statistic to predict, on the one hand - The Gates Foundation research suggests it will be double or triple but on the other hand, as Malawi becomes affluent, it will likely follow US and European habits and level out.
But then we have economic migration to Malawi that will only be abated by lifting all of Southern Africa up, which we can do in theory because there is no trade-in this model, 99.5% of GDP created in the later years is consumed by Malawian’s or visitors to Malawi. Thus, the model can repeat, repeat, repeat... Across Southern Africa and the world.
Because there are only token trade figures in the Malawi History 3 model, Malawi is not competing for trade with other countries. Thus in theory the model can be repeated in many countries, but as best I can tell the main reason the model can be repeated across the world is not that it does not trade, rather that most of what Malawi produces is sold internally, produced in Malawi - sold in Malawi.
Before Malawi History 3 came History 2 which did include trade, indeed this was the model that made me see the need for a trade-less simulation. Given the money floating around one could expect good trade figures, but I could not justify a single cent. The trade model (History 2) was about as far from 'determined economics' as one could think of.
Later we see all but the city sale (⌂) stripped as income, and that’s determined because the city sale (⌂) will have been contracted years before. But this does not mean that in the real-world model we would only make money from the city sale, it just means that the base cost (the Ťender cost) of operations is determined.
This is the base of the system, upon which we can add as much of History 2 trade as we can, could be less than forecast, could be more than forecast but it would likely be significant.
If we go back to the first competent Š-ŔÉŚ presentation ID:08.59 we see three videos - One - Two - Three in a presentation that stresses the importance of trading for raw materials. In the initial company selection process, we would seek as many producers of raw material within the network, but I can imagine, there would still be demand. Ideally, neighbouring countries also join the network, but if not, we would create many companies in neighbouring countries to sell Malawi Network goods, one example might be creating Tesla dealerships, another could sell Gigafactory batteries. I could go one, but in general, I wanted to make the point that we would likely trade for raw materials.
But with this said, the suppliers of these materials must be as clean as possible and offset any carbon still created.
Returning to year 1 (2024), below we see The Malawi History 3 - 64 Cube - Companies Diagram and after I show a UK version I made. Note that inside each of the 64 cubes you see below are 64 companies. The year 1 company cash flow via tender (Ť) was $2,776,355 per company and 64 such tenders see’s each cube receive $177,686,718.75, there are 8 Cubes assigned to Tesla so they would receive a cash flow tender in 2024 of $1,421,493,750.00, and each year after this can double, albeit the Ťender allocation (Part of The Susskind Boost) would do the best for the network not any one individual company within it and after a while, Ťenders will be better delivered elsewhere.
Note that whilst the order of the Networks above (the UK before Malawi) might seem to contradict the speech I made about Angel POP – “Grand Spin Networks in Locations of Extreme Poverty Are Special Projects." In that I did say we would start in Africa, however, the elephant in the room for Malawi is that it's going to cost a lot to set the project up, infrastructure at al. Whereas UK butterfly is pretty much ready to go infrastructure wise. Thus, again the UK could become a working prototype, whilst the groundwork is being laid in Malawi or even South Africa which electricity aside had pretty good infrastructure.

The method used to arrive at the discounted cash flows seen in this chapter was to look up the spreadsheet tab H3) ŠÉŚ-v5 | S-World History 3b and then turn the four growth variables off by setting them to 100%.
Cell E8 - Global Growth - 102.5% to 100%
Cell F8 - Malawi Growth Trade - 105% to 100%
Cell G8 - Malawi Growth Real Esate - 105% to 100%
Cell M8 - Malawi Growth City Development - 105% to 100%
I would not bet my life on it, but I do think this is either 100% or close enough.
So far, we have shown the Š-ŔÉŚ™ powered Cash Flow in the years; 2024, 2025, 2032, 2048 and 2080.
Next, we work from the original spreadsheet tab: 'H3) ŠÉŚ-v5 | S-World History 3b' which amongst other things gives us a cash flow figure each year from 2024 to 2080.
These 56 cash flow totals are then copied to spreadsheet tab: H3) Total Cash Flow & GDP
After we add it all up and cash flow equals +/-$140 Trillion, but for this figure to have any meaning we need to discount it.
Critically, History 3 only includes some token trade figures, so in terms of global expansion/implementation, it's a non-zero-sum-game, almost all of that GDP is made and then consumed in Malawi, Malawi is not competing with South Africa, Tanzania, or anywhere else and because of this the model could be repeated over and over in 100 different locations.
So we multiply the Malawi figures by 100 giving us $1,166,064,571,795,800 ($1,166Trillion).
Below we can see precisely how many companies there will be in year 1 (2024). Stating with 2,048 companies in the year 2024 rising to 327,860 companies in 2080. We also see how much they each earn and how many Paid2Learn places they create.
Note the figures are not discounted.

Š-ŔÉŚ™2021—⌂≥ÉL.
The idea in the following spreadsheet is that we throw away all revenue except the sale of city suburbs and consider the buyer for a suburb. If they buy a suburb at $1 billion a year plus 5% PA escalation, for at least 16 years then that revenue multiplied by Š-ŔÉŚ™ creates determined cash flows, like we see below, made from spreadsheet tabs S-World History 3 ⌂ = 100% and Total Cash Flow & GDP ⌂ = 100%.
There are two different types of determined economics at play here, first is for the buyer of a Suburb, second is for all the businesses in the Suburb. Both are 'combinatorial' - what I mean by that is they can interact with other technologies and become far more than the sum of their parts
So in the model where the only revenue is the City Sale the 100 loctions avarage is slightly lower at $1,039,484,468,031,450 ($1,039 Trillion)
Because the cash flow from the City Sale is incresed by up to 30x by Š-ŔÉŚ™ and is then distributed as Ťenders to the S-World businesses within. This income in all but the rarest of cases is sufficient to pay all bills, wages and bonuses.
Over the last 12 months, a lot of time has been devoted to making this system determined, and the following equation has been created for this purpose ⌂≥ÉL.
The equation reads as follows;
⌂ = The City/Suburb Sale
≥ = Must make the same or more than
É = recycle-Éfficiency

So when it turned out that Peter Theil, who was already under observation as one of the S-World's desired co-founders, had a seemingly complementary system, it made sense to consider building the 10 technologies within Palantir and consider Palantir for the base of Technology 10 S-World Angelwing, the AI responsible for creating the biggest Combinatorial Explosion from the founding 9 technologies.
In 2012 I wrote the American Butterfly trilogy and in the second instalment Spiritually Inspired Software, I present a system core/software design inspired by my newly found spirituality, my desire to better understand the loss of my daughter Sienna Sky and my newly formed passion for String and Chaos Theory. I named this software design The PQS - Predictive Quantum Software (Quantum Mechanics being a component (half of) of string theory). This was the begging of the 10 Technologies.

The graphic and the names of different major systems above offer a complex snapshot of the software and systems. I called this simpler model The 10 Technologies (sometimes abbreviated to T10T.)

Technology 1 is S-Web™ is S-World online, from state-of-the-art websites to making the most of Web2.0 and how to create and land opportunities from Facebook Business, Twitter, LinkedIn and many others.
Technology 2. The TBS™ - Total Business Systems is the Business Software, this was 90 components in 2017 and closer to 200 today, each either making-money saving-money or avoiding landmines
Technology 3. Villa Secrets is Networks and Distribution, each supplier company creates a portfolio, which can in an instant be added in full to any reseller’s website, plus many points from my 2017 book The Villa Secrets Secret.

- CRM Nudge AI - The TFS (PayPal?) - TBS™ CC - The Company Controller - UCS™ Hawthorne for Richard Thaler and Melinda Gates
Technology 4. S-World Film is all things PR, Filmmaking, photography, documentaries, brochures, books and anything else that helps distribution (which is everything it takes to make a sale).
Technology 5. S-World VSN™ - Virtual Social Network is a virtual world popularised by the 'teleport to GPS' function and capitalised upon by creating individual properties, suburbs and entire cities seen and sold in virtual reality.
Technology 6. S-World UCS is the MMO and other gamification of the network, from new versions of Civilization and a Malawi, based Football Manager to UCS Hawthorn™ and the massive 10x Our Future system; The 87 Quintillion Histories, which seeks to create 87 Quintillion simulations of the future network to help guide us on this journey.
Technology 7. Š-ŔÉŚ™ is as presented on this page - Incresing then money supply by 30x.
Technology 8. S-World Net-Zero DCA Soft, is the idea that Malawi's (and maybe Britain's) Dynamic Comparative Advangate be in Net-Zero solutions (stuff). Net-Zero DCA Soft. is where we got Tax Symiitry from and is described in Book 3. 64 Reasons Why (Complete Book).
Technology 9. Grand Śpin Networks are the future cities of which I speak, I have a few ideas, and in particular, The Soccer Leagues Initiative, Well Before Time Production and VSN™ Contact, but in general S-World is the companies in the city, the city itself will expend out of those companies, assisted we hope by Paul Romer and The Marron Institute NYU.
Technology 10. S-World AngelWing is the AI, and QuESC is the human sentience at the heart of the AI. But over the past year S-World AngelWing has become the Combinatorial Explosion of Technologies 1 to 9, and the sub and sub-sub technologies within, seeking to make the most efficient combinations to propel all S-World business into the future with more than a 10x behind them.

The main introductory chapter is called The Republican for Peter Theil, the name because he is one of very few Republican’s* I know mentioned in the theory, so to account for the disparity I have come to him first, it was also a logical choice, as my biggest thing is S-RES (A Monopolistic equation) and Peter wrote the book on Monopoly I most enjoyed, and he will understand T1. S-Web. Which is presented best in video format - www.S-Web-Videos.php, in an addendum to an addendum I have recently, by chance, written a paper on branding, of chick the short summary become the third page that will be shown to Peter Theil’s VC Founders Fund, it’s called 'The Sienna Project - 40 Highly Evolved Concepts'
For other pages see the S-World homepage and START 1 and 2 dropdown menus.
So, I follow with a few PDFs and follow mostly with chaptered presentations of the key areas of discussion, note that for Founders Fund, don’t pay that much attention to the star score, e.g., 7★, instead first just use the simple 3 spaceships 🚀🚀🚀, rating, if you don’t see any spaceships don’t bother, unless it’s a specialized technical detail, one ship is ok, 2 ships are good, 3 ships are cool.
