In this summary I am going to choose 10 topics and write around them, giving the links to the best videos on each topic.
But first I am going to change the 'X' forecasts, right now I am hedging my bets by predicting lower S-Webโข vs WordPress time than an investor's technical due diligence would uncover. This is wise, but another question that will be on the mind of investors is how much will it cost? To answer this question wisely I must reverse the bias, in place of always bettering lower than the speed gain presented in every video, as I have done so far, when it comes to how much money this will cost, for the developers, I must make sure I'm not over budget, so I must inflate time. For example, when it comes to the many systems we see in this video, I would have hedged my bets and said itโs a low combinatorial 4x, 60,000 x 4 = 240,000x which is 1280 hours versus 6 seconds.
Note that we have now reached a limiting returns factor because 1280 hours or $60,000 (if at $50 an hour) is more than many solo, small or SME businesses would spend on their website and supporting apps at any one juncture.
So to the real-world question of how long I think it will take to build the Other Systems - Already Created or in Progress seen in the videos, if I had to give an honest answer it would be that I would need a team of four specialists who each had three assistants, for a year. At least sixteen people for a year. It will take longer but many of the systems we see in the videos cross the line with Technology 2, and 3 who will each have provided equivalent teams, T2 we hope headed up by Microsoft, and T3. VS Networks and Distribution (every needed to make a sale) should be of particular interest to Peter Theil, Founders Fund, and every investor on the planet, because Technology 3 is this plan you are reading adapted to every industry under the sun, and in the current industry of high-end real estate, Villa Secrets will have the monopoly on every property rental or sale within a T9. Grand ลpin Network (S-World City).
Further T4, T5, and T6 will also all have their own teams, T5. S-World VSNโข Virtual Social Network I desire in the capable hands of Mark Zuckerberg and Meta. And T6 in the hands of Elon Musk, albeit as I write Elon Musk just bought Twitter and is now going to be even busier, so will likely not have time, thus a new co-founder may need to be uncovered. This does not mean the other T9. plans for SpaceX, Tesla, Tesla Gigafactory, and Tesla Solar go away from wishing Muskโs enthusiasm change, it just means a change for the principal co-founder position of T.6 S-World UCSโข Instead Elon can be one of the couple or few co-founders of T9. Grand ลpin Networks. Noting that each of the first five co-founders in one technology gains a substantial equity position in the other four co-foundersโ technologies. Either way what with all technologies being entangled with other technologies. The first big conversion then needs to be with system architects.
Now we're talking about a lot more than 1280 hours, if I need to be careful to not underestimate costs, and I also wish to include the newest system designs, including those for the upcoming Video 6, in which we adapt S-Webโข to other industries and the public, I'm going to need to multiply those 1,280 hours that an SME may spend on a website and app by 100 for 128,000 hours, or at $75 an hour $9,600,000 x 2 $19,200,000.00 for operational expenses.
I could get a long way with a tenth of that figure, but to add all S-Webโข systems desribed above and below.
I will say for the S-Webโข 6.0 system described here 36,000 hours, or for an advanced system including T2. TBSโข (Total Business Systems), 360,000 hours and when including the rest of the 10 technologies much more than 3.6 million hours. At $50 an hour (most engineers working from India), and as much again for expenses that equations to $3.6 million for T1, $36 million for T1 and T2 basic, and much more than $360 million for The 10 Technologies.
Now we are talking about a website with Interstellar complexity still created in under 6 seconds but now versus 3.6 million hours. I am not going to calculate the 'x' faster as I did not plan to do so after video 4, but it is a lot.
However, this is only one quality in an arena of many procedures that need to be sped up and made more efficient to get a true investment 10x rating from Peter Thiel, we must strive for better than 10x systems in every important facet of the business plan. Next, we are going to look at how we can make agents blogs and reply to clients much more quickly and more effectively which eventually turns into an AI, albeit I usually refer to the AI as IA Intelligent Assistant when it works in tandem with a human.
Let's start with the Sienna-Bot IA-AI, and a video from 15th February 2016, note however that at this time, the objective was to link many 3rd party software systems together, but soon after I realised their were to many laws of diminishing returns which made this task impossible. 10 systems maybe, but hundreds, not at all.

So far, we have seen how we can create complex specialist websites in under 6 seconds, which is 60,000x faster than a single extraordinarily talented WordPress user could. The IA Sienna-Bot is also a measure of speed, but this time it is about improving the speed and efficiency of agents, property owners, and property managers' replies to clients' booking requests. And also opens the door for an agentless system for vacation rental companies, eventually a system like IBM's Watson where a client could talk with the AI and would not be able to tell if they are communicating with a human or an AI.
This is a way off, in the future of Technology 10. S-World AngelWing, but the system created from what I have written here could be used to communicate with clients. Let me give a brief description.
The system initially learns from any search data, and from which pages the client visits the most and which pages the client looks at the longest, making an automated My List for the client with our top suggestions in positions 1 to 4. We hope and will do all we can to encourage the client to use the My List function because when they do, itโs not a long way to them enquiring. One way to encourage would be to offer a bottle of Moet and some Prada perfume and Aftershave, plus Bulgari sunglasses (collectively near $1000), in exchange for using the My List. To give clients gifts on special occasions to remind them of us, also allows for gifts on arrival, so we're not giving a cost item in exchange of the champaign, aftershave, perfume and sunglasses, were just giving the gifts already planned to be given, no cost is incurred.
The competition could come in 4 parts, each part granting one of the four prizes, part 1 would be to search, 2 would be to add a handful of villas at the top of the search results to their list, 3 would be to send their list to themselves via email, and 4 may be to see the sign-up option for our newsletter, albeit they do not have to sign up, we already have their email address, from part 3.
Note that for clients who have budgets over $250,000 a significantly larger gift set will be given as Bulgari, Prada or others will see the merit n giving a more substantial gift, which may include coming to their respective stores in Cape Townsโ Waterfront Marina.
Behavioural economics predicts that once the client has added villas to their list, it's a buying decision, that leads to buying action. So, we really want to get the client to use the My List.
If the client enquires, more data is captured and the My List auto entries are updated, so now it's very accurate, and here's another way to encourage the client to use the My List. Usually after a client has sent a booking request one sees a thank you page, but the CRM Nudge AI immediately shows the client their updated list within their client suite and asks would you like to send your list to any others in their party. This is very important because different people in the group will be looking for villas, the craft is to get all the people in the group looking the same source and this is achieved by the client sending his list to the group so introducing our company to all the party.
This then introduces us to the My List - My Webpage function, which we shall see very soon.
The CRM AI can also impersonate a sales rep by emailing the list, in a very well-presented email, or it can simply be a hello and a web-link if the system says they are on mobile. It can also send other communications as and when owners of the bespoke villas (not on a booking system) reply saying yes, it's available and gives a price. And like Safari Now and Airbnb one can let the client discuss terms with the owners via a communication system that does not alow the users to pass on direct contact details.
Stage one is to do whatever we can to satisfy the client so they do not go to competitors, if Adverting on Google Ads, there is a huge advantage to being the first contacted agency, which is that their are easy bookings that are very lucraive, and easy as their plenty of stock, and there are hard booking, last minute, at the peak of season, under 5 nights and on a low budget, where Airbnb would be best bet. If one is not first or second to respond, those who responded first will make the easy bookings, and all that is left s hard bnookings. So in this industry, being forst is everythng, thats why pay per click ads have been the staple diet of Cape Villas marketing since 2002.
Of course, one must do remarketing, but the best remarketing, online is good, but by a country mile is to send the client glossy magazines and even art-books featuring villas that are in the client's budget and specifications. In 2009 I made 24,000 magazines and distributed them with Condรฉ Nast Traveller, to which Bulgari contacted us to say; 'we did not know Africa had such luxuries' offering $100,000 in barter to be a principle advertiser in follow up publications.
It was an expensive project, which overall ended up about even, the bookings and mandates created, and villa owners' barter payments covered the costs.
13 years later technology has moved on so much that I can now make a magazine and post it first-class in Europe, the US and other countries for about $10. That is about the same as the click on Google Ads cost's but to get a good enquiry one may have to buy 100 clicks so spending $1,000, so spending $10 to send a glossy magazine to the client is insainly cheap remarketing.
Once it has arrived, the magazine will become a focal point for clients, and if we can send a magazine to all of the group costing us $40 more, by this point the booking is 90% secured. And if the party is also using the My-List My Web-Page system, the closure rate increases again to more than 95%, and even higher for particularly high-value bookings. And by high-value booking, I mean $100,000 and above, which would earn about $22,000 in commission, for a $1,050 marketing spend.
