In truth, like other books I've read from The Grand Design to The Undoing Project, to Save The Cat, I made a lot of bookmarks that were all important.

Designing Economic AI

Since 2011

After a decade programming music in the 1990s, Sienna AI founder Nick Ray Ball pivoted to virtual systems and web technology. In 2002, we began developing the S-Web 1 CMS within CapeVillas.com, combining business operations and marketing automation into a single cloud system. From early Google Ads to luxury print media distributed by Condé Nast Traveler, we understood the value of seamless digital-to-real-world strategy.

By 2011, the need to integrate CRM and accounting software became clear—driven by our vision to duplicate systems across franchises and industries, creating an interconnected global network capable of exponential scale. That year marked the genesis of our economic AI work: a predictive model to revive the Greek economy via a smart city in Laconia.

With limited traction in the UK, we launched AmericanButterfly.org, featuring PQS—Predictive Quantum Software. This was the seed for what is now The 10 Technologies (T10T), a universal architecture built for today’s AI-first world using modern software engineering principles.

The Six Core Technologies of Sienna AI

1. The Quanta Analytica – A smart API portal connecting distributors, accounting systems, and affiliate networks. Pays royalties—like music publishing—to engineers and creatives for every product or service their work powers. The economic engine behind the Sienna AI ecosystem.
2. TBS-CC OKRs – Built upon our original Total Business System – Company Controller, this behavioural science-based collaboration framework uses point-scoring to guide individuals and teams toward their Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Integrated into every system, it is a gamified, transparent structure for performance and innovation—utterly unique in its function and scope.
3. ALL-COMMs – All communications. Spoken conversations with large language models are guided by layered prompt databases and hierarchical logic trees, allowing for continuous, purpose-driven dialogue across departments, teams, and users. ALL-COMMs ensures everyone knows what’s happening, what they’re doing, and why—while capturing new ideas, suggestions, or feedback at any level of the organisation.
4. S-Web 6 – The sixth evolution of our core CMS. Build advanced websites and apps simply by talking to your phone. A true WordPress rival—23 years in the making—now presented to governments as a next-generation web system capable of accelerating both public and private digital infrastructure.
5. Nudge CRM AI – A behavioural-science-trained AI that weaves itself into all systems, capturing user signals to automate communication, drive engagement, increase conversion, and deliver Gatekeeper-level intelligence. Every interaction becomes an opportunity for insight, action, or refinement.
6. Swapping Menus Function (SMF) – A dynamic affiliate technology that allows one company to pull menus (products, services, content) from another and earn anywhere from 1% to 100% of the revenue.

   In our live prototype, CapeVillas.com embedded ExperienceAfrica.com’s menu—and earned $10,000 profit from a single booking. Equally transformative for collaborative R&D across sectors and international networks.

Once these core systems are in place, we unlock macroeconomic technologies—including Technology 7: S-RES Financial Engineering, designed to multiply GDP in developing nations by up to 32x, sustainably and in line with net-zero goals. Across all markets, the estimated potential economic uplift is 8x.
