S-Web 3 began in 2013 and would become the CMS for the Villa Secrets Network . By March 2014 its two websites CapeVillas & CTLV were at numbers 1, 2, 4, & 5 in Google search, with AI-ready search features including product features and entangling the design with the T2 Total Business Systems, including many features that would boost the networks bottom line.

And just like that it worked, the new CTLV company equalled the net profit that the titan Cape Villas achieved in the 2014/15 season. CTLV had been designed to maximise Google ads opportunities, and had succeeded, the next stop was to copy the formula across the world.

By 2016 we had added business plans, network strategies, marketing systems design, stock acquisition systems, mandate marketing systems, CTLV’s financial reports, franchise structure, and an introduction to Real Estate Agents . Once complete the process was turned into the detailed operation manual entitled; The Villa Secrets’ Secret .

During our 2013 to 2018 LLM ready journey, our solution was to create a platform and apply a global networking strategy, featuring the S-Web CDS, and the Villas Cloud , whereafter we stepped up a gear designing our first AI ready system.

Initially our pre LLM AI were titled the Nick Ray Bot and Sienna Bot AI, which combined with the T2 TBS creating an automated sales assistant, to help clients and our agents.

One simple powerful feature we created that entangled this pre AI design to the CMS was called the My-list My-webpage function.
This 54 second video demonstrates the functionality, turning the list function, into a way to make a web page for the client including their name as part of the web pages URL.

This was created to assist a human agent, it can easily adapt to automatically create web pages via client’s interactions with LLM AI.

And whilst considering this, it's well worth looking at the other entries that made it into the S-World Platform Key Features page.

The closest we came to an LLM system that is familiar in 2023 is the design we called the CRM Nudge AI.

In the graphics above, we see the mobile design for agents, that along with the my-list my-web-page function, asked preliminary, elaboration and trust questions, shortening the list of villas to just the handful that were most appropriate for the client that would be texted or WhatsApped at the touch of a button and copied onto the e-mail.

The idea here was that the system did 99% of the work, allowing the agent to reply on the go in minutes not hours, making it so our agents could work out of hours and at weekends to answer enquiries as soon as they arrived, which in the world of luxury vacation rentals, with a number of agencies accessing the same stock, was the most significant factor to success.

The CRM Nudge AI would deal with 99% of client interactions 24/7, increasing sales on the one hand and making customers happier on the other.

This was followed by the design for the TFS Total Financial System, which since 2011 was the stablemate of S-Web.

The S-World Platform
Technologies 1 To 4

As the platform developed for simplicity it was separated into four technologies. S-Web became Technology 1 (T1) and was applied to everything online, the TFS was bundled within Technology 2 (T2) The TBS – Total Business Systems.
Whereafter marketing and what Peter Theil describes as “Distribution – Everything it takes to make a sale” became technology 3 (T3) Networks Distribution. Finally technology 4 (T4) S-World Film focuses on content creation, recruitment, PR, and behavioural science completing the design that we called the S-World Platform.

On the back of the CRM Nudge AI, we designed the TBS-CC Company Controller, created out of the practicality of asking real estate companies to manage a rental division.

Below we see on the left 16 different responsibilities, in the middle is each person’s task list, and on the right is a set of tasks that need to be performed to win a mandate [gain exclusive stock].

Getting a real estate company to master all of these tasks had put many in real estate off the vacation rentals market, focusing instead on long term rentals, an option that was not good for people who had bought villas as holiday homes as they wouldn't be able to holiday in them.

However, the company controller would allow a small team within a real estate franchise to self-master all the skills, removing the potential headache from the Realtors CEOs desk, and winning more mandates for the company that would eventually convert to sales mandates, the bread and butter of all luxury real estate companies.

At which point I read the book Measure What Matters by John Doerr and this system grew to become the TBS CC OKRs – The OKRs App design and when integrated with LLM the design for OKR COMMs.

2017 and 2018 were split between the S-World Platform [Technologies 1 to 4], and work on the E-TOE & M-Systems [which included the design for Technologies 5 to 9] on www.AngelTheory.org, which would evolved into www.SuperEconomics.ai.

One of the most significant hybrids of this merging of ideas was the final chapter completed as part of The Villa Secrets’ Secret – UCS Hawthorn. Which access functionality from Technology 6. S-World UCS which was all concepts of gaming and/or simulation.

This idea gamified the work of all the staff within a company. In the Villa Secrets example, the bonus part of payroll became a prize fund, and throughout the day each person in the team scores points for achieving key results, as calculated by the TBS CC OKRs in real-time. And at the end of the 24-hour day the points winners win money, sometimes a little sometimes a lot.

At this point, work on The Villa Secrets’ Secret [technologies one to four] was complete. And whilst we would continue with S-Web development, the bulk of research development focused on the higher technologies, in particular technologies 7 and 8 from 2019 to 2021. And the ten technologies as a complete package in 2022 and 2023. This work is presented at S-World.org.
